§ 66-7. Jurisdiction of chapter provisions.

Jurisdiction of the regulations of this chapter shall include all lands within the corporate limits of the city as well as the unincorporated area within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city. The city, as a fourth class city, has elected to approve plats under its extraterritorial plat approval jurisdiction as provided in Wis. Stats. ch. 236 and Wis. Stats. § 66.0105.
