§ 46-40. Controlled substances; possession by underage persons.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to possess a controlled substance contrary to the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, Wis. Stats. ch. 961 (Wis. Stats. § 961.001 et seq.).
