§ 2-144. Confidentiality of income and expense information.

Income and expense information submitted to an assessor, pursuant to activities under Wis. Stats. § 70.47(7)(af), shall remain confidential. Such information may be revealed to and relied upon by persons in the discharge of the duties imposed by law on the office of assessor and by the board of review in performance of its official duties.
