§ 2-4. Primary for elective city offices.

Whenever three or more candidates file nomination papers, candidates for elective city offices may be nominated by a nonpartisan primary conducted pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 8.05(4). Such candidate shall file with his nomination papers a declaration that he will qualify for the office to which he may be elected.
